Our Band

Gary Walker and Larry Prange, The Gray Ponytail Band, are two 'seasoned' professionals who have been playing Classic Rock since before it was classic. Gary's powerful lead singing style and exciting guitar playing capture the spirit of each song that he belts out. His voice has been compared to John Cougar, Rod Stewart, Robert Palmer and Bob Seger. Larry's vocal harmonies and solid bass guitar playing round out the package. His fretless bass lines flow smooth and strong, giving their music a "let's dance and have some fun" feel. Together they perform some of the best-loved music from the last century by The Eagles, The Doobie Brothers, John Cougar, Robert Palmer, Van Morrison, Bob Seger, Rod Stewart, Crosby Stills and Nash, The Beatles, Tom Petty and many others.
